To provide the highest level of security for your account, we offer an SMS-based phone number verification system. This feature acts as an ultimate safeguard against account theft and unauthorized modifications.

How it works

You can link your mobile phone number to your account from the Profile menu. The verification process requires you to send an SMS message containing a unique code generated by our system to our central phone number (+36 30 874 1982). Once our system receives the SMS, your phone number is securely linked to your account.

Security Benefits

• Email Address Protection: Once a phone number is verified, changing your account's email address is strictly locked. Anyone attempting to change the email address must first authorize the request by sending a new, unique SMS code from your verified phone number. This ensures that even if an attacker gains access to your password and email account, they cannot completely take over your VPS account.
• Tamper-proof Removal: Removing a verified phone number from your account also requires confirmation via an SMS sent from that exact phone number. An attacker cannot simply delete your phone number to bypass the protection.
