In default, on all of our VPS service port 25 is closed. You can open port 25 in the firewall settings of the service. Click on the Manage button next to your VPS service in the Service menu, there Firewall settings button.

After that you have to be sure that the Reverse address of the IP and the mail sending server are configured properly, also you should check the SPF and DKIM record of your email sending domain.
