In the Statement of Good Faith, the applicant declares that they intend to use the domain in good faith and in compliance with the Domain Registration Policy. Such use shall not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and the applicant shall refrain from any misleading use.

Occasionally during domain registration, if you attempt to register a domain that is confusingly similar to another, registration agents may request a Statement of Good Faith.
