If you topped up your account balance using a credit or bank card via Barion, you can request a refund directly back to your card under the following conditions:
30-Day Limit: Only card top-ups made within the last 30 days are eligible for a refund.
Sufficient Balance: You must have a sufficient account balance to cover the refund. The refunded amount will be deducted from your current balance.
Partial Refunds Warning: You can request a partial refund, but please note that due to gateway and fiscal limitations, the remaining portion of that transaction cannot be refunded to your card in the future.
Multi-account Restrictions: Accounts flagged for multi-account abuse or violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for self-service card refunds.
Steps to Request a Card Refund:
Navigate to the 'Balance' page.
Scroll down to the 'Previous topups and payments' section.
Find your eligible Barion transaction and click the 'Refund to Card' button.
Enter the amount you wish to refund and confirm the request.
