The ticket management system on the website and Discord has been updated. When submitting a ticket, by using the automatic troubleshooting function for the selected service, the system automatically provides suggestions if there's a recognized and fixable error, and based on the ticket's title and text, the system automatically recommends knowledge base articles.

I have started expanding the knowledge base articles based on past tickets and frequently asked questions, so that the system can generate the best possible automatic answer recommendations.

Fivem has been added alongside Metin2 for the free extra firewall settings. This extra firewall includes rules that can be effective even against smaller attacks (which the central firewall might not yet detect as an attack), and are specifically designed against attacks targeting Metin2 or Fivem servers. During the weekend, the following developments were completed:
- Nameserver changes are now available for international domains as well.
- We further improved the handling of Discord tickets.
- When writing/opening tickets, the system automatically runs the service troubleshooter and displays if it finds any errors and their solutions.
- When writing/opening tickets, the system automatically suggests a knowledge base entry based on the ticket content.
- New knowledge base entries were created based on the content of previous tickets.

You regularly request us via support tickets to set up the extra Metin2 firewall for your VPS services. You can already configure this yourself in the Services menu, by clicking the 'Manage' button, under the Firewall settings. This way, you no longer have to wait for customer service for it to be configured.

The list of BOT4You commands has expanded, and several commands are now available starting with /v4y. Game server package upgrades have been expanded; you can now purchase extra resources (e.g., extra disk space) if the game server has a fixed resource limit.

Additionally, the "Keep me logged in" feature has been fixed.

The Pterodactyl installers were also updated recently, which affected some running servers (for instance, due to changes in startup commands/parameters). Fixes for these are currently underway and will soon be fully automated after every installer update.

For password-based logins, a "Stay logged in" option is now available. This requires mandatory email authentication, meaning you must enter the verification code sent to your email.

The ticketing system is now live on our Discord server. While it can be used without website integration, we recommend linking your Discord account in the 'Profile' menu. This allows our support team to identify you and your services automatically when a ticket is created.

Additionally, you can now select the target host during the VPS ordering process (subject to certain limitations). This enables you to build high-availability systems by ensuring that paired VMs or multi-node clusters are hosted on separate physical hardware.

Alongside the ongoing automation of .hu domain registrations, we have implemented a significant update for international domains. Including .hu, customers can now choose from 2,040 domain extensions, which are automatically submitted for registration immediately after payment.

Over the past week, several orders have already been processed by this automated system, and some domains were manually migrated to the new platform during the renewal process. A DNS management feature (similar to the one already available for .hu) will soon be launched on the website for these domains, with further management tools for both Hungarian and international extensions to follow.

Additionally, thanks to automation and a change in wholesale providers, international domain prices have decreased—some quite significantly!

This is not an April Fool's joke! Our eighth server machine serving RYZEN+ VPS servers has arrived, and its name is ZEN08. Thus, RYZEN+ VPS servers are available for order and expansion once again!

In addition, over the past few days (taking advantage of the extra resources provided by the new server), I have updated all of our RYZEN+ VPS server machines and they have been restarted without causing any downtime for the RYZEN+ VPS servers.
