Requesting an AUTH Code for Domain Transfer

An AUTH code (also known as an EPP code or authorization code) is a security key provided by your current domain registrar. It is required to authorize the transfer of your domain name from one registrar to another.

Steps to Request Your AUTH Code:

1. Login to Your Account: Log in to your VPS4You account.
2. Navigate to Service Management: Go to the 'Service' menu. Here you will see a list of your active services, including your registered domains.
3. Click 'Manage' for the Domain: Click on the 'Manage' button next to the specific domain name for which you need the AUTH code.
4. Locate AUTH Code Request Option: For many domain extensions, you will find a direct option or button to 'Request AUTH Code' or 'Get EPP Code' within the domain management interface.
5. If Option is Not Available: If the direct request option is not yet available for your specific domain extension within the service management panel, please open a support ticket on our website. Our customer support team will then manually assist you in obtaining the AUTH code for your domain.

Once you have the AUTH code, you can initiate the domain transfer process with your new registrar. Remember that domain transfers can take several days to complete, depending on the domain extension and registrar policies.
