Activating a service After Topping Up Your Account Balance

It's a common scenario for users to top up their account balance first and then attempt to purchase a service. While you can pay for services directly during the order process (e.g., with Barion or PayPal), if you've only added funds to your account balance, you'll need an extra step to activate your VPS service.

Steps to Pay for Your service from Your Account Balance:

1. Ensure Sufficient Balance: Verify that your account balance has enough funds to cover the cost of the service you wish to purchase. You can check your balance in the 'Billing' or 'My Account' section of our website.
2. Navigate to Services: Go to the 'Services' menu on our website.
3. Find the Unpaid Service: You should see your ordered service listed, but it will likely be in a 'Pending' or 'Unpaid' state, without a 'Manage' button or active access.
4. Proceed to Payment: Click on the service entry or a 'Pay' / 'Complete Order' button associated with it. This will take you to the payment page for that specific service.
5. Select 'Pay from Balance': On the payment page, choose the option to 'Pay from Account Balance' or similar. Confirm the payment.
6. Service Activation: Once the payment is confirmed from your balance, the system will begin provisioning your service. This process usually takes a few minutes, after which your service will be active, and you will see the 'Manage' button to access its control panel.
