Service Refund Policy and How to Request a Refund

We offer two types of service refunds depending on when the service was first purchased:

• Full Refund (Within 3 Days): If the service was purchased less than 3 days ago, you are eligible to receive a 100% refund of the paid amount.
• Proportional Refund (After 3 Days): If the service has been active for more than 3 days, you can request a proportional refund. In this case, you will be refunded for the remaining whole days of the billing period. Please note that remaining partial days are rounded down.

How to Request a Refund:

1. Navigate to the service management page under the 'Services' menu.
2. Click on the 'Request Refund' button.
3. Review the calculated refund amount and confirm the cancellation.

The refunded amount is credited directly and instantly to your account balance. Please note that requesting a refund will terminate and delete the service, including all associated data, files, and configuration.
