Connecting Your Discord Account

Linking your Discord account to your VPS4You profile allows you to manage services, receive urgent expiration and ticket alerts, and open support tickets directly within our Discord community.

1. How to Link Your Discord Account

• Log in to your VPS4You account and navigate to Profile in the user menu.
• Scroll down to the Discord Connection section.
• Click Connect this account with Discord.
• Authorize the bot on the Discord authorization page. You will be redirected back with your account successfully verified.

2. Configuring Notification Channels

In your Profile under Communication Settings, you can choose which alerts you want to receive on Email and which on Discord:

• Service Expiration Reminders: Receive direct messages before your servers expire to prevent downtime.
• Support Ticket Replies: Get notified immediately when an administrator answers your ticket.
• Low Account Balance Alerts: Receive a reminder when your balance drops below 1,000 HUF.
• Server Deployment: Instant notification as soon as your newly ordered VPS is installed and online.

3. Opening Support Tickets via Discord

Once linked, you can visit our official Discord server and click Open Ticket in the support channel. The bot will create a private thread synchronized in real time with our web customer portal.
